7. Pricing, Currency, and Payment

  • Currency: All prices displayed on Luxlink.sg are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment Terms: We accept various payment channels as indicated at the checkout panel. Full payment authorization is required before products are prepared for dispatch. In the event of chargebacks, payment failure, or ongoing fraud investigations, Luxlink reserves the right to cancel or hold fulfillment operations immediately.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Import Duties

  • Delivery Locations: Luxlink provides shipping within Singapore. International shipping options may be available subject to additional shipping charges, carrier constraints, and specific quotes from our customer support team.
  • Delivery Timeframes: All delivery timelines and windows stated on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Luxlink shall not be liable for any delays resulting from customs clearances, logistics disruptions, or events amounting to Force Majeure (including acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions).
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the Customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and local taxes levied upon arrival.

Unless explicitly stated, Luxlink is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the brands sold on our website. All product names, trademarks, logos, and brand images are the property of their respective trademark owners.
