How do I place an order?

Adding Items to Your Cart

  1. Browse our collection of beauty, skincare, and fragrance products at luxlink.sg.
  2. Select the items you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”, adjusting quantities as needed.
  3. Click the Cart icon in the top-right corner to review your selected items.
  4. Enter a valid Promo Code and click “Apply” to redeem any available discounts.
  5. Select any complimentary samples offered at checkout (while stocks last).

Placing Your Order

  1. Once you have reviewed your cart, click “Secure Checkout” to continue.
  2. Enter your shipping details, choose your preferred delivery method, and select a payment option.
  3. Review your order carefully, then click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been successfully placed.

What are your delivery options & shipping fees?

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • $1.99 for orders below $60
  • Free for orders of $60 and above
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Next Day Delivery

  • $3.99 per order
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM SGT will be delivered the next working day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM SGT will be delivered within two working days
  • Not available on Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM SGT to qualify for the stated delivery timelines.
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the final order value after discounts, promotions, and gift cards have been applied.
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or regulatory restrictions.
  • Deliveries are made on working days only and do not include Sundays or Singapore Public Holidays.
What is the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy?

At Luxlink, we are committed to delivering a smooth and reliable shopping experience with accurate product information and excellent customer service. While we make every effort to ensure all details are correct, occasional errors or discrepancies relating to product descriptions, images, pricing, or promotions may occur. LuxLink reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed, without prior notice.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or have ordered the wrong item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Products sold as part of a bundle, set, or multi-item package must be returned in full.
  • Items designated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any complimentary gifts, promotional items, or vouchers received with the purchase must also be returned.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or has expired upon delivery.
  • An incorrect item was delivered or part of the order is missing.
  • If an incorrect item is sent, LuxLink reserves the right to collect the wrongly delivered product before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • You were charged an amount higher than the correct purchase price.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. If you no longer have access to your original payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider directly for assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

LuxLink reserves the right to cancel any order, or part of an order, at its sole discretion. Should this occur, you will be notified via email and any payment received for the cancelled item(s) will be refunded in full.
